High quality, inexpensive and amazing support don't always exist in a single product at once. Usually, only 2 of the 3 exist. Today, we're proud to announce that we now officially have phone support. For years we have arranged phone calls via support ticket requests, but now you can easily schedule an appropriate time to have one of our Support Team Members give you a call.
It is our goal to keep expanding SOAP Vault's quality feature list, stay affordable, and with great support. For that reason, we decided that this model of scheduled phone support would work best. We hope to expand to direct call-in's in the future.
