Do more in 2019 with these new features

Make this your biggest year yet


2018 was a big year here at SOAP Vault. We released new products like a Billing System,  Credit Card Payment Processing, and a complete Orthopaedic Assessment section, to name just a few.  We grew a lot. 

We do more than SOAP notes, so you can do more with your practice. We rounded up last year’s best features to help you do just that in 2019.


 

Billing tools to streamline your clinic

While you can use some or all of SOAP Vault's features, using all features helps tie things together. In 2018 we released a new billing system, and this also included many new reports. If 1-click payments are your thing, we also released the QuickPay feature to help you checkout patients faster.  Selling products is super simple with the release of the products sales feature.  Tracking tips is also so easy! Later in the year, we released patient discounts to help track common discounts and to set default discounts for patients.

Many clinics loved the ability to begin processing payments within SOAP Vault with the Bambora integration.  Just before the end of the year we released the ability to require a credit card hold, a deposit or full payment at the time of booking an appointment, that'll squash those no-shows!  Collecting payments is even easier since credit cards can be saved to patient accounts.


Patient records done right

You can quickly tag areas of the body and have SOAP Vault automatically suggest common tags and comments for you with our easy-to-use artificial intelligence powered SOAP charting, helping you achieve a fully written soap note, in your own words in just a few taps.  We also made previewing past SOAP notes just a few taps away.  Of course, the year couldn't be complete without the major release of the orthopaedic assessment feature.



A few other honourable mentions

Security is always at the top of our list of importance. Clinics had a few extra layers of security added, including location restrictions that requires staff to be physically located at the clinic to access the account.  As well, we added two-factor authentication as an option to further secure your account.  Assistant Accounts were added to allow more flexibility with your front desk staff.


We did all this and kept the price humble, still just $19/month!  We don't believe great software needs to be expensive.  If you thought 2018 brought in many changes, wait to you see what we have in store for 2019!
