Deny and Notify Patients

In today's update, we have added a simple yet useful feature.  Sometimes you need to decline a patient who books through your Online Booking pages.  This could be for a wide variety of reasons.  When this occurs, we've made it simpler to then notify the patient that their appointment has been canceled.  Also, you have the ability to customize the message sent to each patient, as reasons for denying a patient will usually differ.  Learn more about this Accepting, Merging and Denying Online Patient Registrations.
